The Black Men's Xchange-New York (or BMX-NY) is a pro-Black organization which exists to heal and empower same gender loving Black men and the Black community at large.

The group conducts Friday night forums (also called Xchanges), community Xchanges, a community Kwanzaa, and other social, political and cultural events throughout the year.
