I already had a dining table in my home but then I saw this beauty in a furniture showroom and I fell in love with it.
It looked so elegant and went with the rest of the furniture in my house that I just had to have it.
Luckily for me, I did not have to break the bank to buy it and now it sits in the middle of my dining room.
Every time I pass it, I want to touch the smooth gleaming surface and try to keep it as pristine clean and scratch free as when I first laid my eyes on it.
It's not that difficult to keep your glass dining room table in top shape if you know what to do right from the start.
There are a few simple rules you have to keep in mind in order to keep the glass surface looking nice.
The elegance of the table lies in the surface and unless you maintain it well, you will lose the beauty of your glass dining room table.

6 - Be careful of heavy objects, glasses or cutlery falling on the surface of the dining table.
Although these might not damage the table, tiny scratches could form in which dirt and grime could get into, causing the scratches to become more visible.
I am so careful about my lovely glass dining table that I keep it covered with a soft table cloth when not in use and only reveal it in all its glory when there are visitors for a meal.
Gleaming cutlery, elegant tableware and the glow of candles gives the glass dining table an entrancing look that is always admired by my guests.
