    • 4). Identify the property by the Lot and Block number, owner of the property, address or other distinguishable property characteristics.

    • 5). Search the public record to determine if there are any outstanding liens.

    Title Company

    • 1). Contact a reliable title company.

    • 2). Identify the property by the Lot and Block number, owner of the property, address or other distinguishable property characteristics.

    • 3). Have the title company perform a detailed title and lien search on the property.
