As concrete and wooden structures get older and wither with time they gather dust and dirt which becomes very difficult or nearly impossible to wash away through any normal process that is used for cleaning other structures. In such a situation, High Pressure Water Cleaning provides a possible solution to the above problem. High pressure Water Cleaning is a process that has been developed to tackle with the problem of cleaning hardened or accumulated dirt on specific surfaces. The science behind the phenomenon essentially revolves around the immense power of water under pressure when removed from a small orifice. This power of the water under controlled pressure as per requirement is used to clean surfaces such as metal, asphalt or concrete.

The application of the abovementioned phenomenon can be implemented in house washing. The process of washing off paint through the surface of the concrete walls can be completed by using the same technology. Through this stains, patches or other such problems of house washing that are otherwise difficult to cope with are also taken care of. This process completely eliminates the layers of paint over the house walls so that the walls can be repainted completely rectifying all the previous patches or abnormalities that existed.

Water blasting, another name for the process of removal of dirt or concrete through high pressure water, is used excessively in the heavy duty concrete work in roads or construction, etc. Areas that need complete removal of concrete for various reasons such as renovation or repair are first cleared through the process of water blasting which provides a more eco-friendly alternative to DNT blast or the use of dynamite. This process also comes in use on airports. Aircrafts, due to the extreme pressure and heat produced during landing and taking off, leave rubber traces on the air strip which eventually solidify on the track and become difficult to remove through manual cleaning. Under such situations, the process of cleaning through water under pressure is used to remove these rubber extracts from air strips. Another very essential use of the technique is the removal of road markings. When the road marking need to be redrawn, the previous road marking are removed through machines that use water under high pressure to achieve the desired result. Another form of a this technique is the spray blaster which is used for more precise operations that requires only a specific area to be targeted.
