Shenoa and CO Announces Major Wholesale Price Increases For Diamonds of All Sizes

Industry innovator Shenoa & CO published today a 10-15% prices increase for all rounded brilliant cut diamonds from.30ct to 3.99cc was applied worldwide. These increases while normally ranging from 10-15% have topped 20% in a few situations and they include all qualities. Shenoa Diamonds promises to combat this as they do everything aggressively, with plans put set up already to travel to find the best deals so in return we will be ready to offer our clientele by far the most competitive prices they have come to foresee. An additional avenue Shenoa has executed has been to obtain rough diamond and cut our own stones here in New York with a very amazing return on investment for both us and the buyer.

We have seen wholesale costs in oil, food, so these increases didn't come as a total surprise. Kerry Ryan Production Manager stated," We (Shenoa & CO)had already seen the rise in the price of melee(very small diamonds), while this increase(in the larger diamond prices) is not welcome in an industry that is trying to recover from the current recession it did not catch us by surprise, our expectation is these increases will certainly continue in the near future, again we plan to combat them aggressively."

Probably the most essential factor of Shenoa & CO is their vast inventory of loose certified diamonds and owner Leon Bitelman says," We plan on keeping on top of our loose stone stock through aggressive buying strategies as well as our at home development, I have currently planned trips to buying centers to individually speak to my suppliers, I also plan trips to parts of the world that generate rough cut diamonds as our new cutting venture while in its infancy has had very good results. I recognize that in these times price increases are tough to swallow for both us and our clients but like anything else these days we plan on getting through it".

Keep in mind that Shenoa & CO will not sacrifice the qualities the purchaser has come to know them for. The 'Cut Kings' as they have been come to be known as will not be sacrificed. This is a deal breaker for Shenoa if a diamond is not cut to their exacting requirements it will not be part of their inventory.
