Run Anti-Virus

• 1). Double-click your anti-virus program's icon on your desktop.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Scan" or "Full Scan" button to scan your system.
  
  
• 3). Wait for the scan to complete.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Delete" or "Quarantine" button to delete the viruses from your system.
  
  
• 5). Restart your computer.
  
  

Update Your Drivers

• 1). Click the "Start" button and "All Programs."
  
  
• 2). Click "Windows Update."
  
  
• 3). Click "Check for Updates" on the left side of the screen.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Install Updates" button at the bottom of the screen.
  
  
• 5). Restart your computer.
  
  

Windows File Checker

• 1). Click "Start" and "All Programs."
  
  
• 2). Click "Accessories" and right-click on "Command Prompt."
  
  
• 3). Click "Run as Administrator" and then enter your administrator password into the field that appears.
  
  
• 4). Type "sfc /scannow" into the command prompt and press the "Enter" button to start the scan.
  
  
• 5). Restart your computer after the scan has completed.
