• 1). Write a letter to request a copy of the will. Include the name of the testator, the date of death and the county where the testator died. Provide your name and the address where you want the copy to be sent.
  
  
• 2). Prepare a check or money order for $10 payable to the Treasurer of the State of New Jersey.
  
  
• 3). Mail the letter and check to the New Jersey State Archives, P. O. Box 307, Trenton, NJ 08625.
