Losing Tummy Fat Without Ab Exercises

I'm sure you've read a lot of other weight loss articles before this one, and you haven't found a good advice for losing tummy fat yet.
With all that information on the internet, television etc.
people can get overwhelmed very quickly, even worse most of these lose tummy fat information are conflicting.
The one says you should do such and such exercises and eat this and don't eat that and in the next article you already read something very different about the same exercise or food.
I bet you've also seen tons of ads from companies that promise to lose tummy fat overnight with their bogus pills, and those infomercials that show you how to lose belly fat and get a six pack in record time with their super-abs-home-trainer that you can hide under your bed.
Things like that just aren't possible.
There is no lose weight overnight thing that works, it's all crap.
So, what does work for losing tummy fat? I found there are basically just 2 things that work, they work for me and probably for a lot more people as well.
1.
Healthy foods - eating healthy 2.
Right workout structure - NO ab specific workouts!!! Eat healthy foods and responsibly.
I'm not saying you need to get yourself a diet.
When you're on a diet like low-fat or law-carb diet very often you're restricted to one of the nutrients your body needs, that's protein, carbs and fat.
Sure, if you stick on the diet you will lose weight, but this weight you lose is actually muscle weight that you're losing, and you lower your metabolic rate as well.
In the long run, this will make you fat again when you start eating normal again.
You are suppose to eat a balanced diet with a diverse array of foods, this does not mean you can still eat burgers at the McDonald's so don't even think about it.
To lose your tummy fat and get a nice flat belly the ab specific workouts will not work.
If you are doing them, I recommend you stop.
These ab specific exercises don't get you anywhere.
If you've read some of the better information available you would know that these specific workouts don't work; unfortunately a majority of people are still doing these ab exercises to lose ab fat.
These ab specific exercises are meant for your ab muscles and not for the fat that's hiding your abs, and they are a good way to get harder ab muscles though.
But in order to lose that fat you have to do full-body exercises, train the more larger groups of muscles like the chest, back and legs.
