Weight Loss Rule #2 The next rule you need to follow to lose weight is to make get on the proper exercise program.
At first this can be intimidating.
Most people like to think of joining gyms and all of the hard bodies of both sexes walking around.
In reality, it isn't like this at all.
But before you worry about joining a gym you can work out at home.
Start off by making things short and simple.
Eventually one day you can work out 45-60 minutes per day but start out just by working out 10 minutes per day.
You can start by going on a bike ride.
Taking a walk around your neighborhood after work.
Even cleaning your house is a good place to lose calories.

Weight Loss Rule #3 The last step to make sure you lose weight successfully is to get an ample amount of rest.
It might seem a bit confusing that I am telling you to get a lot of rest because just a second ago I was saying how you didn't to move around.
The reason rest is important is because this is when your body recovers.
By exercising you tear down your body, but resting you help your body grow and recover.
