Start A Business: The 3 Types Of Business

You're sat at your desk in work, bored and being harassed by the boss.
You are having a tea break before going back laying bricks.
You are hurriedly eating your lunch as you only get 30 minutes before you have to be back at the grind.
You're sat in the car or on public transport in rush hour spending an extra couple of hours getting home after 8 hours of hating your job.
You get the picture, right? Being in a job can be an unpleasant experience at times.
I am sure many of you have at some point said to yourself, your significant other of family member that there must be more than working 8 to 12 hours a day, 5 to 7 days a week, up to 52 weeks of the year until you retire at 65 ( This figure is expected to rise higher and higher for every generation ).
What can you do? What option do you have other than work, to earn a wage, to pay the bills and live.
What else can you do to feed yourself and your family, to cloth them and provide for them.
Can you really do something other than a job for the rest of your adult life? The simple answer is yes! You have a choice, you can become a business owner / start a business.
This isn't as daunting as you may think, you basically have three types of business you can run / have / be part of.
1 - The first business model is to have your own business.
You can accomplish this in one of two ways.
Firstly, you start-up your own business, you become a new business.
You come up with the idea, the concept, the niche.
You build the business from the ground up.
This can be very rewarding but ultimately is the highest risk, 8 out 10 new business fail within the first 3 years.
The second option for owning your own business is to purchase an existing business, one that has gone through the early teething problems and has become established.
A business that has already built a solid client base and has exposure to its targeted market.
This is a far less risky option than beginning your own business, however you need a huge amount of capital to be able to buy an existing business.
This option will without doubt require outside investors to get involved and partner with.
2 - The second business model you can have, is to buy into a franchise.
This is far less risky than the first option.
You are basically buying into a highly recognised company that probably has nation wide if not world-wide recognition.
The company is already established, has a customer base in place and will already be making profits.
The down side to something like this option is you still need a sizeable lump sum to buy the franchise in the first place.
This could be anything from thousands to tens of thousands maybe even hundreds of thousands.
3 - The last option and without doubt the cheapest and safest option is Network Marketing.
This is known by several names, MLM ( Multi Level Marketing ), Direct Sales and Network Marketing of course.
This is by far the cheapest business to start.
Usually it costs a few hundred to get started.
It is also by far the least risky option, you have very little overheads, you will never be in a position unlike the other two where you could lose everything.
Even Bill Gates of Microsoft is quoted as saying ' If I were to start all over again, I would choose Network Marketing.
' The down side to Network Marketing is the misunderstanding of it.
A lack of knowledge of how the business model works and the old views of the ' Pyramid Scheme '.
The old views of, if it is too good to be true it usually is, is an area Network Marketing is battling against.
The benefit of Network Marketing over the other business models is that out of the three, it is the one that can be done part time while you work in your job.
As it grows you build your income to a point where the biggest challenge is deciding when you should leave your job.
All three business models are a far better prospect than working a job until you retire making someone else rich.
Which option you take is up to you.
You should look at all the business models, you deserve to give yourself the options other than working for someone else all of your life.
They all have merits and will without doubt give you far more freedom, enjoyment and a better quality of life.
In closing I would like to say, know that you can do something different other than the 9 to 5 job.
You do have options and choices, you have a chance to do something different.
Grasp that chance now and in two years time tell others that it was the right thing to do and they should do it themselves.
You deserve to give yourself the life you have always dreamt of.
