The Best Way to Lose Fat

Most of us do not have much time on our hands with work, family and friends.
Fitness experts then tell us we need to do cardio everyday for at least an hour to lose fat.
Find out how you can lose fat FAST and efficiently.
Cardio We have been told in the past that we need to get onto that treadmill, bicycle, ski machine and stay there for at least hour working out before we can see any progress.
Then they tell you how much calories you have to burn.
Are you sick and tired of all that? Intervals What are intervals? Intervals are a burst of energy being used to do any given cardio exercise.
Why does it work? It burns energy real fast and it builds muscles on top of that, bringing your metabolism to higher level, so it continues to burn fat even while you're resting.
Cardio however stops just about an hour right after you stop exercising.
This is how you do it and I'll use running as an example: 1.
Jog at a steady pace for 2 minutes 2.
Sprint all out for 30 seconds 3.
Jog again for 2 minutes to catch your breath 4.
Sprint again for 30 seconds 5.
Repeat until you have sprinted 5-8 times This will take you only 12.
5 - 20 minutes to complete.
Do start with 5 intervals before advancing.
For beginners, stick to 3 and work yourself up.
Personally I prefer doing intervals outdoor VS using a treadmill as you can go at your own pace.
Be careful while sprinting as falling can hurt you greatly at that speed.
Also make sure the surface is flat so you can do an all out sprint.
The safer alternative to this is swimming; you can do this with any cardio exercise, just follow the steps above.
