Be helpful, and you will get less unsubscribers.
3rd type - This person will buy from you right away.
Often times, this does not happen.
Most of the people are the 2nd type.
If you are sending people directly to sales pages without getting them to opt-in to your list, then you will only get 1st and 3rd type.
The 2nd type will never come back because most likely that person forgot about you already.
If most people are the 2nd type, then you are losing a lot of money online.
