How to Disable Norton Firewall
- 1). Log on to your PC with an administrator account.
- 2). Open the Start menu, navigate to the "All Programs" or "Programs" menu and click on "Norton Personal Firewall."
- 3). Click on the "Status & Settings" button on the left panel of the window.
- 4). Click on the "Security" tab.
- 5). Choose the "Turn off" option, then close the window.
- 6). Restart your computer to put the changes into effect. Norton Firewall will now be disabled.
