Better With You Premieres This Fall on ABC
Premieres Wednesday, September 22nd at 8:30 EST If you are looking for a great new relationship comedy to watch with your significant other, give Better With You a try this fall.
Better With You centers around Maddie (Jennifer Finnigan) and Ben (Josh Cooke), a couple that has been dating for nine years and, on the surface, seem to be content with their limited commitment relationship.
To ensure people know they are comfortable with their relationship status they often proclaim out loud that they are making a "valid life choice".
This all appears well and good until Maddie's younger sister Mia (Joanna Garcia) shows up with her new love interest Casey (Jake Lacy) who have been dating for only seven weeks and are still getting to know each other.
As with any pair of couples in such different stages of their relationship, the interactions between these two couples is sure to provide for some great situational comedy.
The story gets very interesting when we find out that Mia and Casey are pregnant and getting married after of course only dating for seven weeks.
Add Maddie and Mia's parents Joel (Kurt Fuller) and Vicki (Debra Jo Rupp) into the mix and the story gets even funnier.
Joel and Vicki embrace the idea of Mia and Casey's marriage as they are coming into their care free attitude on the issue.
The characters for this show appear to be very well cast and the possible story lines are endless.
What will happen with Mia and Casey? Will the fact that they are getting married change the comfortable relationship that Maddie and Ben have, or will it drive them to mess with their perfection? How will Ben and Casey get along as their personalities are so incredibly different? Watch it all unfold this fall on the ABC comedy Better With You.
