Losing weight and overcoming cellulite are two things that can be extremely tough.

You may have tried countless methods to overcome your weight and to overcome cellulite issues, but that doesn't mean you will have to live with your excess issues forever.
To gain control, it is important to have an understanding of your current position.
Write a food diary.
For 2-5 days write down everything you eat and drink.
Drinks can pile on the calories without you realizing it so it is important that you take stock of what you are drinking too.

This information will be helpful in making you aware of exactly how much you are overeating even if you thought you weren't! Once you have the information, it is then a good idea to look through your eating and drinking habits and see where you could easily cut a few out.
Cut out drinks and stick to only water and herbal tea.
Look at other simple things you can cut out.
This may just be enough to get you started.
Remember do not push it.
Go out a steady pace and don't try to make too many changes.
Once you have done these changes, you may have already lost some weight.
It is then time to add in even more to boost those losses further.
In every healthy diet it is important to eat lots of fresh ripe raw fruits and vegetables.
The best way to ensure you are getting plenty in is to make a commitment to eat some fresh fruit before every meal and to add in a large vegetable salad every day.
Eating fruit before each meal will not only boost the amount of nutrients you cram into your diet but will also leave you feeling more satiated after the meal you plan to eat.
This will help stop you overeating or eating until you are over-full.
A great way to get your daily salad in is to mix it in with a meal.
I have found eating soup and mixing it into that or other dishes with a sauce have been extremely helpful.
Alternatively you could eat some spinach or leafy greens with some fruit by blending into a smoothie.
These sorts of changes shouldn't be too difficult if you take your time.
Incorporating more fresh fruits and vegetables will help you feel more satiated and less likely to binge.
We all have a sugar tooth and this is because our body loves fruit! So eat plenty of it and other sweet things won't be as appealing or feel as great.
Besides making steps to dietary change, exercise is really important too.
Daily is best but make sure you work up as well and that you enjoy it.
Many people go to the gym or do other things that they just really do not enjoy.
Life is about enjoyment.
I recently just bought a trampoline! This is great exercise and I get on it nearly everyday with my toddler.
Pick things you like and don't be narrow-minded when you thin about exercise.
Exercise can be so much more than the gym or running or cycling or doing weights.
Dancing, playing with your children, walking among many others thing are all exercise so enjoy it and make the most of your body!
