Golf Swing - Flipping Hands at Impact

Some golfers find that when they swing, they feel their hands flipping as the club impact with the ball, and this causes a loss of distance.
If this sounds like you, then do not fret, as this is a very common phenomenon in golf.
The truth is most golfers with high handicaps release their hands too early.
This is not a move that you should make in your swing, and it is something that really separates the amateurs from the professionals.
Here is a technique to help you combat this problem: If you put a wrist watch on, you will be able to visualize the moves you should be making.
As your front arm comes towards impact, the watch face should almost point straight down the target line, or towards the flag.
Now try rotating the watch face so that it points towards the ground.
With the club still in your hands, you will notice that this makes your other arm and wrist go on top of your front arm and wrist.
By doing this, you should be able to "close" the face of your club properly, and this should reduce your slice whilst also adding distance.
One thing worth bearing in mind is that both of your forearms should work together.
Try to keep them as close to one another as possible during impact.
If you can perfect this move then this will dramatically improve your golf swing.
