Water is extremely important for good health.
You see water everywhere around you, rain, puddles, basins, rivers, ponds, lakes, squirt guns, drinks, beverages, fountains etc.
but you may not realize how essential is this compound for a healthy living.
Our body is made up of 70% of water.

The figure that you'll get is the amount of ounces of water your body needs per day.
For instance, if you weight is 180 lbs, then you should drink about 90 lbs of water.
People who exercise need more amounts of water than a normal person; they should consume about 20 ounces of water for every 20 minutes they exercise.
Normally, about 20 % of water is collected from food.
The remaining amount should be used up by drinking water or other beverages made up of water.

• Regulates the temperature of the body.
• Reduces the risk of kidney infections.
Water can greatly help in a healthy living and can help reduce weight without any exercise.
