Do We Need a Supremer Court to Balance the Current Supreme Court?

103 9
With the latest ruling on ObamaCare at the Supreme Court, many including myself believe the Court has become far too political, and that there is no balance of power anymore.
Some would say that you have to be a legal scholar to understand constitutional law.
However the law of the land was never intended to be that complicated, you should be able to read the Constitution a couple of times, and understand every word of it.
It's just not that complicated.
Okay so let's talk.
It is amazing that the Supreme Court believes that somehow they can pull a fast one, and interject politics into the mix.
The court's job is not to play politics, it is to interpret the Constitution and keep our government executive and legislative branch in check.
If they fail to do that, which I believe is the case in this latest decision then they clearly are not needed, as they are not doing their job, and the balance of power has already been broken.
In other words the system is not working.
Do we need a higher power over the Supreme Court, over the legislative branch, or over the executive branch? What happens when they all get together and in cahoots, and turn the United States, the greatest nation ever created in the history of mankind, into a socialist nightmare? The other day, I was at Taco Bell, and I ordered a burrito supreme court.
You might think that's funny, but I ordered it double wrapped with extra cheese and guacamole, and I ate the whole thing, although it gave me a little gas.
Why are we allowing the highest court in the land to become a fast-food joke? Some political pundits after ObamaCare was passed claimed that they couldn't believe that the legislature passed that, and made reference to the passing of a bowel movement, apparently, this whole thing has become an ongoing joke, but considering the trillions it will cost us, well it is no laughing gas matter.
At the time the law was passed, it seemed unfair to me, worse as the jokes permeated on late night talk shows it deteriorated the conversation to the point of calling our Congress full of crap.
However, in hindsight now, after watching what the Supreme Court's ruling on the matter I'm wondering if the entire government at the federal level, including all branches of it, are equally as foul? The biggest question is how did we get here? Why do we throw away the ideals that we stood for, the very foundation which helped us build such a great nation? Why would we follow what the Europeans have done in their move towards socialism, it's been nothing short of a disaster, we don't need that hear? Why are we allowing the federal government to dictate what the citizens must buy in the way of healthcare insurance? Why are we allowing our tax dollars to support the medical industrial complex to the point of building the biggest economic bubble on the verge of bursting we've ever seen? And lastly, why on Earth is the Supreme Court double wrapping itself in this nonsense? And further, why did everyone in line and everyone behind the counter laugh when I ordered a burrito supreme court? Has the highest court in the land lost all of its credibility, has it become the proverbial joke of our time all stolen for political rhetoric points on TV, as we move towards socialism? Please consider all this and think on it.
