Weight loss can be fun and easy! Just kidding.
But it can be tasty and refreshing.

Try a pear before a meal; it will help you eat less.
Several pears a day will help decrease hunger while giving you 15% of your daily recommended amount of fiber.
Grapefruit actually helps your body regulate insulin.
