The result is no surprise...

Recognize yourself as an individual with an identity and value.
Yes, you are connected to others however you are not your relationships.
You are a magnificent person within these magnificent relationships. - Release the Gender-based Evaluations: We are women and while certain things have evolved, the tendency to see ourselves as our society often depicts women.
- Adopt a Realistic Perspective and Set of Expectations: Sometimes we believe that we "should" be a certain kind of parent
- Give Yourself Permission to Grow from "Mistakes": We can't avoid them.
We also cannot learn without them.
There will always be times that in our lives that we wish were different and actions taken that we would now approach or respond to differently. - Turn Guilt into Strategy: So how do you go about turning things around? Start by asking yourself, "What is it that I am feeling guilty about?" Awareness is so important when you are attempting to make any changes.
Put a name to it - It's GUILT. - Quite often there is an internal muted message associated with the circumstances or situation.
Tune in to what that message is and challenge it.
