Ingredients

• 1 package yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 or 3 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 mashed, ripe bananas
• 3 eggs

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 40 minutes

• Total Time: 50 minutes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9 x 12 inch baking pan. (Or spray with non-stick spray.)
Add all ingredients. Mix with a blender on low speed until well mixed; scrape bowl. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting or vanilla frosting.
