Learn How to Strengthen a Poor Self Image and Create a Love Relationship

A common problem for clients of mine is their belief that you have to drop 50 pounds and be financially secure before they can create long-standing love.
This is of course a myth.
This is just low self-esteem blocking you from being truly whole.
It's great to want to appear your best, be your perfect self, have high self-esteem and feel good about your money situation.
It feels really good to feel stable, confident, and beautiful.
There are a HUGE number of industries that prey on peoples' poor sense of self-image.
At some point or other, we've all succumbed to paying for that hot new exercise machine that promises to make it easy for us to tone up, slim down and have a beautiful self.
Supplements, special diet foods or dieting plans, products for our hair, skin, teeth, libido, all of it! And these things are directly aimed at one basic idea - that we're not inherently OK the way we already are.
We're so accustomed to this kind of thinking that we never even realize [what is.
It is no surprise that we do this.
After all, when we arrive here, on the first day of our life, we are admired and perfect - mostly.
Then soon we're being compared to how the previous sibling did things, at what age they attained this knowledge, sitting up, crawling, learning the language, and so on.
Our hair, our bodies and how they are similar or different to the other one or that.
"Oh, she appears just like Aunt Mary when she was that age.
" You understand the pattern.
Begin by analyzing your early thoughts and emotions concerning your body.
Many people don't even understand that they have stuck limiting vibrations or emotions from these previous experiences.
Negative emotion, whether pervading or mild, doesn't feel good and most of us just teach ourselves to subjugate it, deal with it, or push it farther into the underbelly of your mind.
These intense emotional experiences usually stay subjugated.
We've all heard the phrase "emotional baggage.
" We walk around with old unresolved, painful, intense feelings still held somewhere inside of us.
These emotions emanate to the Universe to mirror back more of the same.
You can free yourself by improving your self-esteem.
Begin to transform your relationship with your body by creating lists of what you like about you.
What truly works about yourself? What can you love about your appearance? Think of 5 things each day that you really appreciate about your body.
Do you like your hands? Are you appreciative of functioning fingers? Make lists of the positive things about you and view your energy and vibrational point of attraction begin to improve.
You CAN improve your self-esteem and attract love.
