• Arco, Idaho is a study in contradictions. The world's first nuclear power plant was built there and beds of lava chunks make up Craters of the Moon National Monument located in the area. But Arco is also the gateway to the Lost River Valley, a place resplendent with fishing, clear waters and hills for biking and hiking.
