Most mothers seem to feel stretched in every direction when it comes to the workforce.
They feel like they need to stay at home with kids to be able to watch them grow up and make sure they are safe.
Letting other people raise your kids is frowned upon and often any mom who works regular hours is forced to take her children to daycare or a babysitter if they are not yet school-aged.
Even when they are moms will need to arrange someone to pick them up or watch them once they get home.
However, once those moms do decide to stay home and not work, people judge her and say she does not work hard enough.
She may even feel inferior to her husband the breadwinner, who is given more power in the household in such cases.
It seems like she cannot win either way.

Already some regular jobs have begun letting employees telecommute, allowing moms to be at home while still making money.
Some women only have to come into the office a few days a week, if at all.
