Many times when people have allergies they visit their physician to get a prescription for some type of allergy medication or antibiotics.
Instead of taking a prescription medication you can try treating your allergies naturally.

It is effective in treating bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye, and hay fever.
It can also be used to treat chest infections and coughs because it has an expectorant that is strong.
Ginger can help reduce your allergic symptoms and help prevent excessive secretions of histamine.
These are just some of the many herbal remedies that you can use to treat your allergies.
