They're offering a free download and a free trial of their program.
There's nothing wrong with a free trial or free program to be downloaded, or anything like that.
But you do need to be wary of unknown sites.
So you've stumbled across the site and they promised to give you a free scan after you download their software.
So you install the software, and what's actually happened is you just loaded your computer with spyware.
Now, when you run the program and scan your going to find bunches, and bunches of spyware.
Naturally, this is all the stuff they just installed on your computer, but you have no idea that is what has happened.
So, they now offer to remove all of the crippling spyware from your computer if you just pay the full amount of the software.
And they may install a crippling amount of software on your computer to literally force you to buy their program.
How do you protect yourself from this? Only work with spyware programs that come recommend it to you from reputable sources.
