    • 1). Pour the glycerin, dish soap and vinegar in to a large bowl and combine the ingredients.

    • 2). Add the water to the mixture and stir well. If you have treated water, consider using distilled water to prevent adding chemicals such as chlorine, which can dry out the dog's skin.

    • 3). Pour the mixture in to a 2-liter bottle and shake well to make sure the ingredients are well combined.

    • 4). Place your dog in a bathtub or large basin, depending on his size. Rinse the dog's entire body with warm water before shampooing the fur.

    • 5). Create a thick lather with the shampoo and massage all the way to her skin to help remedy the dryness.

    • 6). Rinse the shampoo from your dog starting with his head and working your way down to the end of the tail. Continue rinsing his fur until the water runs clear.
