A recent study of 100 people all over the age of 80, brought forward a very interesting statistic.
A staggering 93% of them said in their discourse that they wish in life they had taken more risks when they were young.
They wish they hadn't spent so much of their time playing it safe and listening to those around them which resulted in mediocre lives and squashed dreams.
What will you and I do? Let's be the 7% that take a risk or two! Let's be the ones in the minority that have a go and change our circumstances.
Let's not let negative thoughts and comments brainwash us into believing it's just not possible.
Has it been the majority of people in history that changed the course of the world? No.
Has it been the majority that reached millionaire and billionaire status? No.
Those that achieve in life are those that are willing to swim against the tide.
Those that aren't afraid to be risk takers despite the rolling of the eyes from the majority are the ones that took home the trophy.
After all, it's out on the limb where the fruit is.
In this brand new millennium where more millionaires will be made in the next decade that ever before, a huge percentage of these will confound the generations still trapped in the Twentieth Century.
Internet millionaires are growing exponentially.
What do they have in common? They are risk takers.
They aren't content to play it safe and get to 80 mumbling, If only I had of.
In an accelerating changing world, tomorrow can be too late for that good idea because tomorrow someone else will have already had it, created it, sold it and made a squillion! Check out the whole new world of internet business.
This is not a world for just the spotty faced computer nerds! The biggest slice of the action is for those with some life experience who are willing to bring that to the new millennium online table.
They're the ones that we're about to see take the biggest slice of the pie.
The one's that finally have said, 'I'm sick of safe, sick of the 9 to 5 rut and life's too short for regrets, and bad coffee for that matter! The 7 percenters with all their life experience.
All they need is a good tutor to point them in the right direction and the world will be there's along with a whole lot of money to boot.
If you're a 93% stay safer, then that's OK.
Best stick with what is comfortable for you.
However, if you're someone willing to have a go and are teachable, then go have look today, tomorrow maybe too late!
