How to Remove Norton AntiVirus Firewall Monitor Installation
- 1). Click the "Start" button. The Start menu will pop up.
- 2). Click the "Control Panel" icon in the Start menu. This will open the Control Panel window.
- 3). Click on "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows XP to open the Add or Remove Programs window or "Programs and Features" in Windows Vista or 7 to open the Programs and Features window. Allow the computer to populate your program list.
- 4). Find Norton AntiVirus Firewall Monitor in the list of programs. Click on it once to highlight it in blue.
- 5). Click the "Change" button, rather than the "Remove" button. When prompted, tell the computer to "Remove All" of the program. By choosing "Remove All," you can make sure that the computer will not leave any of the program files on your computer.
- 6). Allow the uninstall wizard to complete the uninstall. You may have to reboot your machine for the changes to go into effect.
