Breathing To Be Cancer Free

Over the last 2 years when I was going through cancer treatment, some people taught me the importance of breathing.
The idea behind proper breathing is that it increases oxygen intake into the body.
There is this idea that cancer cells cannot survive in an oxygenated body.
So, the idea is to increase oxygen into the body and into the cell level I know it is effective because just a simple exercise a few minutes a day can make you feel different.
So imagine if you did this over long periods, it is going to give you excellent health.
I learnt these exercises from QiGong and Yoga.
So, how do we breathe cancer cells away? Breathing Basics Breathing must be from stomach.
A lot of us breathe incorrectly.
We tend to breathe through the chest - forcing the lungs to expand.
The correct way is to use the diaphragm to pull and push, thus expanding the lungs.
You should see your stomach expand and contract.
Initially, you may need to focus on your stomach to teach your body to breathe correctly.
You may need to force the stomach to expand and watch how you automatically take in air.
Likewise, if you contract your stomach, air will be automatically pushed out.
Watch a baby sleep and you know the correct way.
Somehow, as we grow up, we pick up bad habits.
You don't need to master breathing basics to continue with the following breathing exercise.
Just try to breathe using your stomach for all the following breathing exercises.
Yoga breathing Step 1: Sit cross legged on the floor.
If you cannot sit on the floor, you can sit on a chair.
Try not to lean against anything and straighten out your spine (back).
Rest your hands comfortably on your thighs with palms facing upwards.
Don't strain any part of your body.
Relax.
Step 2: Take deep breath.
Don't force too much.
Expand your stomach and take in as much air as possible.
Hold for 2 seconds.
Contract your stomach completely so that you push as much air out of your lungs as possible.
Repeat 10 times.
Step 3: Rest.
Breathe normally for a minute.
Step 4: Repeat Step 2 but this time, do it moderately fast with holding the breath for only a split second.
You may need to increase the force.
Step 5: Rest.
Breathe normally for a minute.
Step 6: Repeat Step 2 but this time, do it even faster without holding the breath.
Step 7: Rest.
Breathe normally.
And you have completed a daily breathing exercise.
Remember to just concentrate on the stomach the whole time QiGong Breathing This is taken from the Zhieneng QiGong's module 1 exercise.
Step 1: Stand with both feet together.
Bring the left right hand up to the left shoulder.
Locate the middle portion of the collar bone.
Use the middle finger to lightly press just below the middle collar bone.
That location is a meridian point.
Similarly, use your left hand to do the same on the right shoulder's collar bone.
Step 2: Now when you take in a breath, press in lightly the middle collar bone with your index finger, do this for both sides.
While you breath-in, use your mind to focus inside your body.
I find it easy to focus inside the stomach area.
Step 3: When you breathe out, release the finger pressure on the collar bone.
When you breath-out, focus on the sky above.
In QiGong exercise, this process is done 3 times, but since we are concentrating on breathing, do it 10 times.
I like to take deep breaths as well.
This technique is part of "Chi"-Pulling i.
e.
bringing "Chi" in and out of the body.
