No, Georgia will not have a sales tax holiday in 2011. 

For eight years until 2010, Georgia residents enjoyed a sales tax holiday on school- related items like clothing, supplies, and computers. Though retailers advocated reinstating the holiday, lawmakers could not get enough votes to do so. The economic downturn reduced the tax revenues the state took in, and lawmakers did not want to forego the sales tax revenue.
