There are numerous reasons why companies hesitate to equip their buildings with energy efficient design.
One reason is cost, but another reason is the interruption that construction projects pose.

After completing the analysis, the lighting project will be fully designed.
Presentation of Proposal The consultant will provide you with all of the information that you need to make an informed decision, walking you through each aspect of the proposal and encouraging you to ask questions.
Concrete ROI numbers will tell you the precise cost savings that you should expect.
Project Installation After accepting the proposal, you'll sign a contract that allows materials to be ordered and come to an agreement on project installation times.
At this point, a project manager will be assigned to your project, and will schedule a pre-construction meeting that can be attended by necessary personnel.
Most pre-construction meetings include a facility walk through.
Project Completion After the project is completed, all excess materials will be removed from your building, a final walk through will take place, the project warranty information will be presented in hard copy and final payment will be made.
Results Tracking Following the completion of your project, the energy efficiency company will conduct results tracking throughout the ROI period set forth in the proposal to ensure that the projected ROI is met.
If the projected ROI is not met, the company will refund the difference between the anticipated savings and the actual savings.
