London Bicycle Tour 2 for 1 with TAKE TWO!
Customers have the choice of three main guided tours, the first is the East Tour which explores the history around the River Thames over the past two centuries. The route starts off at their base in Gabrial's Wharf then heads along the river, stopping off at attractions such as the new Globe Theatre, Sir Fransis Drake's Golden Hinde, Tower of London and then Tower Bridge. The tour continues over the bridge onto St. Katherine's Dock and then onto Brunel's tunnel, Tobacco Dock, past Cable Street then outside the city walls at Aldgate to learn the truth about who Jack the Ripper was. The tour also goes through London's financial district and includes a glorious look at St. Paul's Cathedral.
The second choice is the Royal West Tour, which takes customers on a guided tour west of the River Thames, past the National Theatre, the Royal Festival Hall and then under the BA's London Eye. The tour then continues under Westminster Bridge, stopping to admire the Houses of Parliament then onto Lambeth Palace. Now crossing to the north side of the river, cyclists are taken through the gates of Westminster Abbey School Yard, the first school in England. Then cyclists are taken past St. James's park, Buckingham Palace then up Constitution Hill into the open space of Hyde Park. After a short break there, the tour continues back down the hill past Green Park, down the Mall to Trafalgar Square, past the National Gallery, through the back streets of Covent Garden and then the tour concludes with a ride over Waterloo Bridge.
For an early bird cycle, there is the Central London Tour, which begins at 10.30am. The tour explores central London taking in such sites as Big Ben, London Eye and the Houses of Parliament. The reason for starting the tour so early is so that cyclists can meet up with the pomp and pageantry associated with the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. The tour takes customers from Leicester Square to St. Paul's Cathedral where the tour concludes over the famous Wobbly Bridge. Customers can rent any type of bike they desire from mountain bikes to traditional models. The experience is perfect for anyone wanting to do some London sightseeing.
To hire a bike it costs £19 per person, however you only pay for one when you taketwo with the taketwo 2 for 1 London voucher and guidebook.
