I am going to share some simple tricks to improve your diet so you can lose weight.
I have successfully used these tricks with many clients to help them get the edge on your weight loss and speed up their progress and I think you will find them helpful as well.

Yes keeping a daily food journal can get tedious but research shows it can also double your weight loss.
As for improving your diet, well it works for that as well because you will quickly find that it is harder to eat something "junky" when you have to write it down.

Eat more mindfully.
Do you ever pop a food or treat in your mouth just because it is there? This type of mindless eating can lead to hundreds of unneeded calories that lack any nutritional value.
Take the time when you eat to notice your food and also notice how it makes you feel when you eat it.
You will soon find it easier to make healthy choices.

Set up a safe environment.
If the sugary treats and bags of snacks are in your house you will be more likely to eat them.
Simple thought but very meaningful when that "snack attack" hits.
Clean up your living space and stock your shelves with healthy foods and you will have no choice but to improve your diet.
4.
Stop drinking sugary drinks.
Full-calorie sodas, flavored coffee drinks and novelty drinks all contain a ton of unneeded calories and carbohydrates and you get little physical satisfaction in the way of hunger control.
