Refilling a Visa Online

• 1). Visit the website of the company that issued your refillable Visa card. You can find the URL on the back of your card.
  
  
• 2). Log in to your account.
  
  
• 3). Transfer money to your refillable Visa. Usually you have the option of using your checking or savings account or a Paypal account to transfer money. The Visa card website will walk you through how to do the transfer.
  
  
• 4). Complete and submit the request. You will receive a confirmation notice that money has been added to your Visa account. It may take three business days before the money is available for use.
  
  

Refilling a Visa in Person

• 1). Check the back of your card for the Visa Relink symbol. The symbol consists of two arrows (one blue and one white) pointing in opposite directions.
  
  
• 2). Locate a Visa ReadyLink participator. A participator will have the ReadyLink symbol posted in its stores. Chains like Safeway, 7-Eleven and Pak 'n Save all offer ReadyLink.
  
  
• 3). Give your card to the ReadyLink cashier and tell her how much money you want to add to the card.
  
  
• 4). Give the ReadyLink cashier your cash once she has swiped your card and brought up your information. Your funds will be available immediately.
