Would it surprise you to learn that it isn't exactly what you eat but how you eat that will help you to lose body fat? Perhaps you are under the assumption that all you can eat is fruit or meat or veggies.
The truth is that you can eat all these things and still lose body fat.
Actually, pasta and bread are not even taboo delicacies.
The trick is to eat moderately, eat all the foods you love and do it frequently! I hope that this trick makes dieting easier for you.
It sure did for me.
What I mean is this, I can eat hamburgers, spaghetti, garlic bread, pizza, even cookies and as long as I am eating frequent and moderate portions; my calorie intake will stay low and I won't starve.
Five to six moderate meals a day should be your target.
Now, remember, try to keep your calories between approximately 1500 to 2000 a day.
You can do this by replacing a few common ingredients with substitutes that taste great but help to keep you calorie intake low.
For example: #1 Butter can be replaced with a variety of things such as: olive oil, margarine, and applesauce (great for baked goods!) #2 Flavored vinegars can replace salad dressings and marinades.
You can get these at the grocery store in a variety of yummy flavors.
#3 Use reduced fat milk instead of whole milk.
#4 Use two egg whites or 1/4 cup of egg substitute to replace 1 whole egg.
#5 You can replace bacon with turkey bacon or Canadian bacon.
Consistency is the key to losing body fat and keeping it off.
Eat frequently, eat smaller portions and use the amazing variety of low calorie foods available at the grocery store to eat and lose body fat!
