Does Nutrisystem Really Work?
You have seen the commercials and ads with the much skinnier Marie Osmond.
She looks really good, especially when you look at her before picture.
You are now wondering if Nutrisystem could really work for you.
Nutrisystem which is based off of the GI diet (glycemic index) is a meal shipment program.
You don't have to worry about anything, not even snacks.
Each month you will receive a shipment at your door with all of your meals.
You don't even have to freeze these meals, all you have to worry about is your chocolate desserts melting.
Nutrisystem if followed properly will have results.
Especially if you exercise.
You should experience weight loss which will vary depending on each person.
You should have weight loss the whole time you are on the plan, especially with more intensified exercise the longer you are on the plan.
This all sounds wonderful, doesn't it? Well, it does until you decide you no longer have the money or decide you want to eat something besides the food they are supplying.
My experience is that the plan does not show you how to survive in the real world where shipments of ready to eat food are NOT waiting on your doorstep.
If you are serious about weight loss but feel you need something to boost your diet, I would try something like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig.
They even have online or by phone services now.
I feel that you will benefit from services like these much more and longer.
Nutrisystem is a great product if you want to slim down for a class reunion or the prom, but not when you want lasting results.
You need a plan that will teach you how to go to the grocery store and prepare meals for you and your entire family.
I am not sure about Jenny Craig, but I know Weight Watchers will even give you a restaurant guide, because they understand that life happens.
If you would still rather not join a plan like these you could also research the GI diet on the internet.
This would give you the same results as Nutrisystem.
My bottom line review would be to skip on Nutrisystem and look at other options.
Always remember with any diet exercise, exercise, exercise is always key.
You will have to put in a lot of hard work, there is no easy diet.
