Case 047 - A Patient After Aortic Valve Replacement
A 77-year-old male underwent aortic valve replacement for aortic stenosis. The operative course was uneventful and the patient is doing well. His exercise capacity has gradually improved since the operation, and now, 2 months later, he returns for a routine echocardiogram to evaluate prosthetic valve function.
