Jurassic Park - A Dinosaur Classic
John Hammond is a rich man that decided to make a dinosaur theme park on an island.
It takes many years to research and build the park.
The live dinosaurs are made by using the ancient DNA found in mosquitoes that got trapped in tree sap.
Once the blood is extracted from the mosquito, it still has missing parts to the DNA.
These gaps are filled by using frog DNA.
There are different areas in the park that are divided by electric fences, each having its own eco system.
However, when the park is being built, many workers got eaten.
In order to open the park, it must be given the OK from some scientists, Alan, Ellie, Ian.
His grandchildren, Tim and Alexis are also invited.
They are first welcomed with a video explaining how the research was done.
The scientists don't believe their eyes.
They are then taken on a ride in cars on a track.
They see brontosaurus eating and then really can't believe their eyes.
They are then informed that all the dinosaurs in the park are female to prevent over population.
While on the safari, they don't know that one of the computer programmers named Dennis has been secretly hired to steal some of the DNA.
To do this, he must drive the stolen goods to a boat waiting for him on the other side of the island.
To get there, he must turn off all the electric fences.
He begins driving but does not make it very far when he gets stuck in the mud.
This attracts small poisonous dinosaurs and it is the last he is ever heard from again.
Meanwhile, the scientists are enjoying their ride when they notice that the tyrannosaurus rex just breaks through the electric fence.
Everyone is informed to stay still since it can only see movement.
Some of the people begin to run and are gobbled up.
Once the dinosaur is gone, they all climb some big trees to spend the night.
By this time all the dinosaurs on the island have figured out that the fences are not working and are wondering the island.
They survive the night, but how will they do on their hike back? Will the grandchildren and scientists stay alive or be eaten? Will they make it back to the welcome center? How do they turn on the password protected fences? Watch and find out.
