Live a stress free life. Being stressed all the time will do you no good. Instead of worrying too much about your problems, just forget about them for a while and relax.

Drink plenty of water. Everyday, your body should get 8 to 20 glasses. You also need to stay away from caffeinated drinks and those with high sugar content.
