    • The most common form of Neti uses a warm saline solution to wash the nasal passages, which is known as Jala Neti. There are more advanced techniques that use herbs and oils as well.

    How to Use Neti

    • Fill a Neti pot with a solution of 1/4 tsp of non-iodized table salt and 8 ounces of lukewarm water. Insert the tip of the pot into one nostril and tilt your head to the side while standing over a sink or basin. The water will flow into one nostril and out the other. Repeat on the other side.
