"Bedtime Story" is a classic comedic movie released in 1964. It stars Marlon Brando, David Niven and Shirley Jones. It is about two con men who try to trick beautiful women into giving them their money. The movie was remade in 1988 and renamed "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels," starring Steve Martin and Michael Caine. - Marlon Brando was the star of the comedy and played the character Freddie Benson. Freddie is a con man who feigns being a mentally challenged man to acquire the affection and sympathy of a woman named Janet. But his real aim is to con her out of money.
- David Niven starred in the film as the character Lawrence Jameson. Lawrence was also a con man, but is more urbane, and he competes against Freddie for the love and attention of Janet.
- Shirley Jones was prominent in the movie as Janet, the woman Freddie and Lawrence are both trying to con.
- Dody Goodman portrayed Fanny Eubanks. The actress is known for her high-pitched voice and comedic antics. She later starred in "Grease" (1978) and "Splash" (1984).
- Aram Stephan played the role of Andre. Stephan also starred in "Love Is A Ball" (1963) and "Gervaise" (1957).
- Parley Baer portrayed Col. Williams. Baer also starred in "Dave" (1993), "Gypsy" (1962), and has made appearances on the television show "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air" (1993).
