Almost everyone wants to lose weight, and lose it fast.
But most people don't have the knowledge of what exercises to do to lose weight the fastest.
Going to the gym and lifting, spinning, jogging, or even running are proven ways to lose weight, but they are all extremely time consuming.
Here are a few exercises that you can do in your home that have been proven to burn fat fast.

Free Squats - Squats are one of the most underrated and easy to do exercises that build leg muscle, burns fat, and builds cardiovascular strength when done with your body weight in high repetition.
Do around 20 free squats a minute for 3-4 sets and you will see great results.

Hindu Pushups - Hindu Pushups are one of the most unknown but most highly effective exercises that you can do.
They work almost every muscle in your body.
They are done by climbing your feet and lower back up from a regular pushup position and then dive bombing your head and stomach down in a swooping motion.
Maximum reps are great with this exercise.

Knee Too Chest Pushups - These pushups are one of the hardest exercises and are sometimes done in the military.
They are done by doing one pushup then brining your one knee to your chest and then another pushup and then bringing the other knee to your chest.
Then you complete the move by popping up to your feet and then restarting.
Maximum reps are how you want to do this workout.

Bicycles - The abdominal workout not only works your abs but your hip flexors as well.
Sit on the ground with your hand on the ground next to your body and then raise your feet off the ground and begin to move your feet in an opposite circular motion.
Do 60 revolutions one way and 60 the other.
These exercises are some of the best exercise that you can do at your home with no equipment and little time.
Its best if you do them in strip set intervals.
Anyone who does these exercises will gain strength and conditioning in a short period of time.
