Celebrities have been using Twitter to communicate with their fanbase since the inception of the "micro-blogging" giant in 2006, and for the most part, these one-on-one interactions lead to positive public images and a closer relationship with their fans. Stars like Louis CK, for example, have changed the way people buy tickets to his comedy shows thanks to the ability to tap into his audience directly via Twitter. All in all, celebrity tweets are a good thing, enabling fans to get an inside peek into the lives of their favorite stars.
