    • 1). Click "File," "New" and "Image." Adjust the size of the new image to "800x400" pixels.

    • 2). Select the paint tool. Click the white box to choose white as the color. Click inside of the new image to create a white background. Click the text tool. Click the black box to select black as the color. Type your message.

    • 3). Click and hold the mouse button on the current layer. Drag the layer into the "New Layer" box and release the mouse button to duplicate the layer.

    • 4). Select the color replacement tool on the toolbar. Enter "#afc4d2" in the color text box. Click "Layers," "Rasterize" and "Layer."

    • 5). Click and hold the mouse button on the current layer. Drag the layer into the "New Layer" box and release the mouse button to duplicate the layer. Click inside the new layer.

    • 6). Click "Edit," "Transform" and "Rotate." Change the rotation to 90 degrees. Click "Filter" and "Add Noise." Change the noise to 20 percent. Click "Filter," "Texture," "Craquelure," "Edit," "Transform" and "Rotate." Rotate the image back to its original position.

    • 7). Click the current layer. Slide the opacity bar so it reads 20 percent.

    • 8). Right-click the current layer. Click "Merge Down" to merge it with the second layer. Right-click the second layer. Click "Merge Down" to merge it with the first layer. All three layers should now be merged together.

    • 9). Click "Edit," "Transform" and "Rotate." Change the rotation to 90 degrees. Click "Filter," "Stylize" and "Wind." Click the dots next to "Wind" and "From the Right." The wind effect will be added to the text. Click "Filter," "Stylize" and "Wind." Click the dots next to "Wind" and "From the Right." The wind effect should be added a second time. Click "Edit," "Transform" and "Rotate." Rotate the image back to its original position.

      Choose "Bevel and Emboss" underneath the "Layer Styles" section. Change the style to "Inner Bevel." Change the technique to "Chisel Soft." Change the depth to 60 percent. Change the direction to "Up." Change the size to 100 pixels. Change soften to 0 pixels. Change the angle to 120 degrees. Click "Use Global Light." Change the altitude to 30 degrees. Click the box next to "Anti-aliased." Change the highlight mode to "Screen." Change the highlight mode opacity to 75 percent. Change the shadow mode to "Multiply." Click the color box and change it to black. Change the shadow mode opacity to 15 percent.

      Click "Inner Glow" on the left side of the menu. Change the blend mode to "Normal." Change the opacity to 75 percent and the noise to 60 percent. Click the color box and enter "#278eef" as the color. It should be blue. Change the technique to "Softer." Change the source to "Edge." Change the choke to 15 percent and the size to 13 pixels. Change the contour to the half-black, half-white diagonal block. Click the box next to "Anti-aliased." Change the range to 50 percent and the jitter to 0.
