As you can see on internet you can find a lot of JustHost Reviews, where you can see what people are thinking about this company. I have my personal opinion about JustHost, so I will try to explain my experience in this review. I am using their host for a year and a half and first thing that I want to say about this hosting company is that I am quite satisfy of the things that they are offering. It wasn't so easy to find a host for my website, so I made a lot of research for this kind of companies. I compared a lot of things, features, prices and so on. I have read hosting reviews as much as I could ecc, so my final decision was JustHost.

Before I start analyzing, I would like to tell you that I've chosen shared hosting plan. This plan is one of the lowest ranked on the JustHost  list and doesn't offer the same features as the dedicated server or the VPS plans. There is a huge price difference between the 2 plans so please don't confuse that.

I will mention a few features that for me distinguished  JustHost from other host companies.

For me very important was the price. They were offering the cheapest monthly hosting only for $2.75 first month and  after that you are paying the regular price. So what are you actually getting is free domain name, 24/7 support, Cpanel, instant setup and site builder. So for this price you get quite enough things that are very usefull.

Why are you buying hosting is also for the support that they are giving to you. My whole effort that I am spending to make my website so well-functional and easy to operate will fell down if JustHost hasn't had a good support. You must have a back up if something wrong happens, something to restore your information. I use the support of JustHost couple of times a month, mostly for adding up new features and changing settings on my cPanel so I found this feature very important. I had bad experience with the previous hosting company that I was using so that's  why I started to use JustHost. I have nothing to say or complain ofJustHost professionalism and their reliability on the customers, but one thing I want to mention is the time of their response. When I wrote them to ask for some situation or unclear stuff I must wait for 2 and half hours they to respond or 20min for chat respond. This is not in my favor, when I will have some serious problem, so whole my work will depend of their response.

Speaking about uptime JustHost are pretty fair in their guarantee. Since I am using them I haven't had  major problems with the downtime so I can say that this aspect is really good. Talking about uptime you must be aware that on a shared hosting plan your space and bandwidth features are very limited since they're shared with thousands of people and that can easily prolong the downtime.
