How to Create a Triptych in Lightroom
- 1). Open Lightroom.
- 2). Click "Collections" in the left-hand menu and select the folder with the images you want to split into panels.
- 3). Click "Print" on the upper right side of the screen. Click "Contact Sheet/Grid," and then select "Page Setup." Click "Properties." From the drop-down menus on the window that appears, click your paper size, which is necessary whether or not you're printing the image. Choose your printer as well if you're printing the image.
- 4). Locate "Page Grid" on the right side of the screen. Set "Rows" to 1 and "Columns" to 3. Adjust the three image panels using the Cell Size sliders beneath the Page Grid section.
- 5). Press and hold the "Shift" button on your keyboard. Click on the three images you want to appear in the different panels.
- 6). Click "Print Job" on the right-side menu. Next to Print To, click "Printer" if you want to print the image, or "JPEG" if you want to save the triptych as a digital image. Click "Print." Enter a file name and click "OK" if you're saving the image as a JPEG.
