How to Make a Squeeze Page
- 1). Decide what you have to offer. You can write a free report that will encourage subscribers to make purchases from you while giving them information that makes your emails a good resource to them.
- 2). Brainstorm the major benefits of the report or other product your squeeze page will offer. Consider the problems your product could solve for subscribers. Avoid hype and don't try to sell other products at the same time.
- 3). Collect testimonials about your product if possible.
- 4). Consider creating a video to add to your squeeze page. In some markets a video is a good selling tool.
- 1). Find a good squeeze page template or make your own. The subscription form should be easy for visitors to see. Emphasize it with a background that is a different color from the rest of the page.
- 2). Fill in your squeeze page template. Use an attention grabbing headline and bullet points from your brainstorming session to make the benefits of subscription clear. Promise to never spam your subscribers. In the HTML for the subscription form, add in your autoresponder information so that subscribers will be added to your mailing list.
- 3). If you have testimonials for your product, add a couple to your squeeze page.
- 4). Add the video to your squeeze page if you made one.
- 5). Create a thank you page that visitors will land on after filling out the subscription form. Decide if this is a point at which you want to make a sales pitch for the product you are selling.
