Oprah has been firm about her belief that products that suppress people from eating are not very good choices as they may cause an imbalance in the body because they can reduce the intake of nutrients that we need.
Rather than taking diet pills, she recommends that people exercise everyday and eat the right kinds of food to lose weight effectively.
Lastly, according to her, people should avoid smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages.
