Extracting Email Addresses from the Web by Hand

• 1). Go to your address bar and enter the domain address of the Web page from which you will extract email addresses.
  
  
• 2). Move your mouse pointer inside the Web page and right-click on the "View Selection Source." This command will cause a pop-up window to appear, which will display the HTML code for that page.
  
  
• 3). Click on the "Edit" tab, which is located on the top menu bar. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on the "Find" link.
  
  
• 4). Enter the email address you want to extract into the "Find" box. For a broad search, enter the "@" symbol, which will extract every email address that is found on the Web page.
  
  
• 5). Browse the complete list of email addresses. Click "Next" to shuffle from the first to the last.
  
  

Extracting Email Addresses from the Web Using Software

• 1). Download your email address extraction software. Click on the "Download" button and select "Save." Wait for the download process to complete. Open the file and move your mouse pointer inside the text input field in your software. Enter the domain address of the Web page you wish to search.
  
  
• 2). Choose system settings. System settings vary from software to software, but common rules of extraction include how email addresses are grouped and arranged for viewing.
  
  
• 3). Click on the "Start" button to initiate the program. The software may run for several minutes.
  
  
• 4). View the list of email addresses.
